yeah they are common berries here in Sweden, maybe not in your country? Where are you from?

Well... I think it's pretty obvious the national berry of the US is somewhere between dingleberry and memberberry and apparently they are in a foot race while naked and on fire... and running backwards.

@catfluff and @antongustavos That is definitely not what I consider a potato pancake. Never would have thought of doing that. To me, a potato pancake is taking left over mashed potatoes, forming it into a pancake shape, and frying it up in a pan so it gets crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Best with cheese/bacons/onions like I said earlier. @jdudkiewicz What do you think?

My recipe is the Polish way and includes buttery onions with sour cream. The other way sounds Swedish.

@changetheworld I'd say they're both versions of a potato pancake. We kinda do that thing with leftover mash too
