I don’t know what that is but if Netflix cancels castlevania somebody is losing an arm or leg or several limbs

Castlevania is cheap to make, I doubt they'll cancel it before they feel like they've reached the natural end. The OA was a massive brain fuck and there's a shitload of people trying to get them to uncancel it

You either get cancelled a good show or live long enough to have a dumpster fire series finale. Seriously though, some of my favorite shows only have two or three seasons. More isn’t always better. A lot of shows that had good early seasons went on way too long. Perhaps the lack of viewer retention is not due to some capitalist conspiracy but due to the fact that the shows get bad.

Art is unnecessary. Artists produce nothing of industrial or agricultural value. If they do not contribute practically to the state or, even worse, they actively criticize the benevolent state that provides, then they must undergo reeducation and then be put to proper use.

Capitalism is why we have a system where people invest fucking millions of dollars into movie production and millions people can pay a (somewhat) reasonable price to watch it.
