What's there to be offended by? If Trump Derangement Syndrome weren't to widespread we would've been able to close travel from the rest of the world and enact preventative measures much sooner and more efficiently. Instead he was called a racist for closing travel, and NYC decided to encourage people to take the still-cramped subways to Chinatown while placing the sick in retirement homes, nevermind that retirees are the one group that is actually most vulnerable.
If you’re talking about the Pelosi quote it wasn’t in regard to travel restrictions it was about an immigration other having to do with Africa. He didn’t propose the idea of restrictions until the virus was already here and the ones he put in place were meaningless. TDS is how people react to him doing things. It doesn’t remove his power. He could have done it If he wanted to.
Do we really want another President who rules with "a phone and a pen"? Didn't work out too well, last time. And no, I wasn't referring to Pelosi in particular, but the left's response to his actions. Going back even further, we should've known better than to trust China or the WHO.
The Virus was here as far back as before Christmas, we would have known if Taiwan's warnings were heeded.
I want a President who doesn’t think it’s his job to rule. I want a President who serves the American people in their best interest not his. It would also be nice if we had someone who could handle themselves in a crisis instead of melting down all the time and blaming the left, the WHO, China, Twitter, etc instead of working to correct the situation and make sure we learn how to deal with it better the next time around.
He is serving America's best interests. Just so happens that it ain't China's or UN's, or the globalists'. He slowed spread from foreign travel. He loosened federal restrictions slowing down treatments. He got domestic production to make up for the loss and gutting of the international market. And he's encouraging reopening in light of new information, without dictating.
