Put pineapple on whatever you want. Using citrus, lemon, orange, pineapple- to help flavor and also break down protein bonds and tenderize meats is a long standing tradition of many cultures world wide. It works. Personally I’ll pass on condiments on my dogs or burgers. I prefer to enjoy most meats for the flavor of the meat. Any asshole can get cheap meat and season it until all you taste is seasoning. Undressed you get just the meat and the chefs skill.
