I can't find the link, but a European country (i wanna say Denmark) found that bird deaths due to windmills could be cut to near zero if one of the three blades was painted black

Norway. "In a new study, researchers found that painting a single blade black on a white wind turbine reduces bird deaths by around 70%. Trump can make 40% of the country support or protest whichever industry, country, person or group etc, simply by saying that he supports the opposite side. Someday that 40% will figure out that Trump has know this little trick long before he became the president.
