I was wondering- but I also wonder which cup system they are using? For example a UK “H” cup is a US “K” cup. A Japanese “D” cup is a US “C”- but there is a strong implication that this is not an American thing. It COULD be- but in the US- what is in many countries like the UK or Australia known as an “E cup” is usually called a “DD.” The US then skips over sizes like “F” for “DDD” and so on with some other differences later on. In more recent times, many US manufacturers have adopted “E” and other designations more inline to international sizing- but the tradition in the US and still the more standard measure used- for example: “E” would be “DD” (usually called ‘double Dee’) So Americans sometimes use “E” or “F”, but that is less common in the US than “DD” and so on.
Okay, but this pancake measurement is arbitrary because the letters refer to a ratio to band size. In other words, “A” is one inch difference from the band size, “B” is two inches difference and so on. So a 36A will hold more batter than a 32A and a 36DD will hold about the same as 38D.
This is a terrible way to measure your pancake batter, it will not be consistent unless you include the band size!
lol. I’m glad you said it Roanoke. I didn’t want to go overboard with the bra facts for the day. Then there are some other factors to consider when it comes to the whole issue of assigning breasts mass masses off of cup size... but I shall leave it to another. I can see this issue is being well tended.
@foxtrot, well... I’m not a woman, but I’ve had women in my life throughout it, and personally I think more men should know these things because there is a mutual overlap between an interest in the comfort and well being of ones partners, and in making sure certain.... assets are best cared for and presented. I often find myself buying bras for partners, they’re expensive and should be replaced regularly, so o think it’s both nice but also fair that I take some responsibility there. Also, a lot of women I’ve dated just don’t. Know how to pick out bras. From sizing to things that effect comfort and suitability for the bras purpose like strap width and type, racer backs and demi cups and all the things that can effect the day to day comfort and also the presentation. And if they aren’t that interested in their breasts to have leaned- it really isn’t fair for me to expect them to. But I am interested, so everyone wins. And of course they can be involved as much as they like.
But pretty commonly, a lot of my partners and lady friends have just chosen to not be involved in the process. They are happy as long as they have comfortable and supportive bras they didn’t have to pay for.
I mean, they also never actually defined what the circumfrence/density of each pancake would be. but at this point the psychosis has reached optimum levels and I think it's time to start trying to take over the world instead of making breastcakes
Yes. Either multiple over time, ie: sequentially, or multiple in parallel, or concurrently, ie: at the same time or in the same period of time but separately. It’s fairly common in my experience that as long as you keep their comforts and tastes in mind, most women are happy to receive bras as a “just because” gift. I can’t speak for all women of course, and there are lots of women who don’t wear bras at all except as ornamentation or where practical concerns demand it. I would also like to note that when I speak of partners in parallel or concurrently- it is my never broken policy that all involved be completely aware of the situation, and I personally feel that is the honorable thing to expect from others. Don’t lie to these ladies (or men if that’s your thing. Or whatever gender/sex... whatever.)
@dr_richard_ew- me? Not at all. I enjoy the companionship of women, and certain other aspects associated, and it works out that sometimes they enjoy mine too. I prefer a more traditional monogamy on long term partners, but our lives have opportunity for many types of enjoyable relationships of all kinds, plutonic and otherwise. Sometimes it’s just good to go with things, so long as everyone is on the same page and knows what the deal is.
@oppailoli- I appreciate that you are a person of science. I will check this out, and thank you for putting it together and for sharing it with us, and thinking of me for the mention.
