Comments still not working

Its not working for me

im on a chrome book and the comment button works for me but the like/dislike and commenting on my phone still doesnt

I'm using my phone, I can like and dislike but I can't comment on things

I mean, it seems like you're doing great here

I can only comment on things I've already commented on

You can click the title, scroll down a little and then comment

Doesn't work for me
