Got caught up pretending I was rich after payday and spent like, £600 in 4 days.
Got like £60 left to last 2 weeks lmaooo.

Everything's fine with my gf tho, and I got in contact with one of my sisters (I didn't grow up with them, nor have I ever met face-to-face), so that's nice.

Had some anxiety over telling a mutual friend about my gf and I's relationship, because that friend had a crush on me and things were awkward. We ended up sorting that out, so that's something off our minds. (She took it well.)

No, I have no idea what going on with me. I’ve worked so hard to be ok and now after just a few weeks of actually being able to do things I’ve started having anxiety attacks in the mornings again. I don’t want to break down as hard as I did again, I just want to function.
Sry, not really fixable. It's forty years of physical and emotional pain. The emotional stuff is getting easier every year but the back pain gets worse. Hoping for surgery.
