That depends on location though. Certain places actually pronounce it 'off-10'.

And it can be. Just it's intended to be pronounced with a silent t. At least, that's according to my roomie who graduated with an English degree. I like to think she can be wrong though. at the very least, o would imagine few people would correct someone for saying off10.
Where I live, it's both.
The teachers, who are all 30 and up, say "off-10" and "ruff" (roof).
"The 'ruff' is leaking!"
All the students say offen and rooooof.
"The roof is leaking!"
It's weird.
Facade. I pronounced it like, "F-word aid." I'm glad I only said it aloud twice though and luckily it was in front of my mom so she quickly corrected me. It's pronounced, "Fuh-sawed."
