No, but you can take said children away if people do not met minimum requirements, and fine then for it.
It's not as though birth control isn't avaible.
The UN Parliament agreed to the Human Rights declaration because it is a permanent casus belli that allows any country to declare war on another by citing human rights abuses, no matter how vague or unsubstantiated - usually when a rich nation needs to attack a poor one. It allows the opponent to be painted as monsters out of hand.

i definitely agree with the psych evaluation part. i don't believe kids should be born into a house where they'll be abused or hurt by their parents. yes, i know it's not the parents fault if they have some sort of medical disorder, but you need to think of the kids mental health and whether or not they'd become hurt or damaged mentally and/or physically by their family life.
but like imagine the government telling you whether or not you were mentally sane enough to have a child, the government that has a history of perpetuating racism

Before I say my opinion and you down vote me too hell I'd like to say this is my opinion based on logic and maximized resource use and not on my morals. My morals wouldn't let me do what I'm about to say.
My opinion is that once you become a net negative on resources and/or advancement of society and have no possible way of making yourself a net positive that you'd be eliminated from the human race to not be a burden on society.
I don't know why this opinion is considered "bad". If you can't afford them don't have them. And nowadays anyone can get free birth control or condoms. Plus a psych evaluation would prevent child abuse
1. Abortion should be legal, because unborn fetuses have not developed feelings at that stage, and it's a pain for the mother to be pregnant for nine month
6. Humans has the potentials to recreate any natural laws or physics, but no one knows how long it's going to take.
Example: Making two hydrogen and one oxygen not become water
8. I refuse to believe that ISIS is muslim, because true Muslim and other religious people should be purer than none religious people. ISIS's religion is some evil, heartless garbage that's mocking muslim (Verification needed).
If you have ever actually read the Quran it talks about how Muslims should get rid of the non Muslims, most Muslims do not follow this teaching, but ISIS does and other extremist groups do
Also ladies first is just a polite saying, no one means it in any offense way, that's just something you have to get over. You can't take offense to every single thing people say
You just proved my point, you can't get butt hurt over little things, there are much worse things happening in the world to be concerned about. Worrying about the lack of women's rights in the Middle East is much more important than worrying about the phrase "ladies first"
I don't think people should have to apply to be able to have children but I do think that people expecting their first child should have to pass some sort of test or take some sort of (free) course to ensure they're capable of adequate parenting. Sort of like a driver's license, but for raising babies and kids.
1000+ likes in the span of, like an hour, tells me this isn't a controversial opinion, so much as a popular opinion that would be impossible to enforce without some serious human rights violations. Although at this stage in our existence I question whether or not it really should be a right.
Just depends how you count it.
"I like guys" is one.
"I like girls" is another.
Most like one or the other, some like both, some like neither.
Just thinking out loud here.
A child that likes video games is different than one who likes to play dress-up. But if you have a child that enjoys both (or neither), why would they need an entirely separate category to define it?
Right. I'm just wondering why that means we need a third category to describe the person that likes both. The two interests are distinct, but why can't you just like both of them? You're not bringing in a third option.
But I guess it's the same problem we always run into when we try to pidgeon-hole natural phenomena that really don't belong in distinct boxes.
I honestly don't really care if you are trimpequatsexual or whatever, but once you start getting triggered over tiny things, start imposing your views on me, or freak out because someone called you Miss instead of It, then I am against it.
Fuck people's rights when it comes to conceiving in this over populated world filled with mouth breathers whom were brought into it by mouth breathers. Makes me think of half the girls I went to high school with , all excited to be parents but can't perform simple tasks without erupting into tears it throwing fits like children or outright neglect of their bodies, all of which carried on into their adult lives. The idea horrified me ten years ago when they talked about reproducing and the fact that they did actually reproduce scares me even more as to what the world will be like in the next twenty years as their offspring grow and reproduce. Also, since I'm venting this, why the fuck is it such a huge deal for chicks to have children?? Like honestly, the most basic thing you can do as a human, reproduce, to fulfill the selfish need to have a constant companion to live vicariously through??
I definitely agree with the psych evaluation and education, but I'm not sure I agree with the IQ part. We need stupid people to do the shitty but vital jobs so the smart people can invest into research and progressive things. Not allowing the below average people (rougly 50% of the population) to breed would reduce the population by that 50% and would disrupt the hierarchy we've established. Unless we encouraged the smart people to have many kids but the problem is that smart people usually want a career instead of kids.
Also it'd be almost impossible to control and people would probably rebel against it because "They're taking muh freedom to bang muh wife without a rubber and then have sum kids that will be as braindead as me!"

People with lower IQs can be great parents and have children that turn out intelligent. Watch the movie "I am Sam" other then him struggling financially he was a great dad.
My most controversial opinion is probably believing in both science and religion.
I believe there was an Adam and Eve, and I think they probably had belly buttons.
Perhaps most controversial is that I think it's okay to have unanswered questions about that and other things.
Sure, most people will SAY it's okay to have unknowns. But how often do we really act on that idea?
I think South Africa was generally better off during Apartheid.
Not completely -- obviously there was mistreatment and many people got the short end of the stick. And there's the whole moral issue of putting people into boxes based on race.
But everybody had a home, and everybody had a job. The country was relatively powerful and structurally stable.
I, honest to goodness, think everyone who hates all men, or women, or the two gendrs, or are otherkin, pretty much anything feminism and hateallwomen, should be either put to death or in a mental facility. if a child is brainwashed into this? kill those who did/condone it
I dont know if id go that far, but i do believe "otherkin", random made up genders, or any other tumblr created term for "special snowflakes" are complete bullshit and should honestly recieve help.
I think we should abort any fetuses who will be born with mental defects and not allow people with genes that cause to disabilities reproduce. I also think that, regardless of age, people with severe autism, Down syndrome etc shouldn't be humanly put down or better the life of people without disabilities. These "people" are not helping society at all and are honestly a burden to their families.
these people are still helping society even though they have disabilities. you just don't realize it. and why did you put quotations around people? they're still people man.
Imagine if you had a child that was born with a a disability. Would you do what you just wrote?

hey, did you know that Robin Williams was autistic, had depression, and had aspergers? and that Dwayne Johnson has depression? they made contributions to society. Nikola Tesla and Bill Gates also had/have aspergers and they've made HUGE contributions to society. but also, Mozart had autism. Now tell me people with disabilities can't contribute to society.
I am severely physically disabled and my sibling is blind and severely autistic, so how fucking dare you? I've met many disabled people who have had children and are very happy. Why should you have the right to have children and be happy and they can't? It's not like they can control it.
Ok, first off, I didn't say anything about people with depression. I myself have anxiety and am a fully functioning member of society. My cousin is severely autistic and can't even feed herself. I am only referring to people who are severely disabled.
I feel bad for saying this, but it doesn't sound like you would be a very maternal person at all. What if your child was born with a serious disability, but it did not come up in the scan, would you abandon them? I really would like to know what goes on in your brain to even think like this.
Same here, this also deeply hurts me as I may never be able to have a child, and I find this completely irrational as all humans deserve to live, even if the are disabled
Yeah, I'm probably not going to have kids. I don't really know why I think this tbh. Maybe my opinions will change, maybe they won't. I don't give a shit if I'm not maternal, or if people hate me honestly. I guess I'd be a good leader in a dystopian novel lmao.
I feel really guilty about it too. I have ZERO idea why I feel this would be the best way to further society. Like, it makes me feel like a monster and I can't change.
I don't think you get it, I feel terrible. I have no idea why I believe those of a less-than mental ability should be executed. I'm sorry and confused.
You do know why..you said so yourself "they do not contribute to society and are a burden to their families" AND you referred to them as "people" That is crap. They're more human than you. Have you ever checked out a Mcdonalds or Target or Savemart/Safeway?? Tons of mentally disabled people work at these(some of the few places that will hire them). They pick up trash and clean..not a very big job but still necessary. Most that I've met are lovely cheerful people. And they may be burdens to their families but I doubt their families are as heartless as you. I don't think they'd trade them for the world.
Fruit salad, I am your friend. I also happen to disagree with you. So, while this might be your current opinion, I suggest that you educate yourself quickly, before somethibg worse happens.
I see where you are coming from, fruit salad. If I found out my child was going to have autism or something, I'd abort dat XD. However, I won't make the decision for others. I just don't agree that it should be mandatory.
I just wanted to add something to my original comment: This is what I would do if I had no morals. This is for maximum efficiency. Kind of like Aspy's comment
Well it's moral in a way. Sometimes I feel like the kids would be better off dead, like the ones who have the skin problem where they're constantly in pain
That's good to hear! Another thing I think is that it should be illegal for children to be carers. For some POS disabled people to breed kids just so the kids can look after them... How the kids don't get taken away, but can even register as carers is beyond me
It's not as though birth control isn't avaible.
They can just you know...save themselves till marriage
My opinion is that once you become a net negative on resources and/or advancement of society and have no possible way of making yourself a net positive that you'd be eliminated from the human race to not be a burden on society.
Example: Making two hydrogen and one oxygen not become water
Example: If I accidentally hit them with my car when they cross the red light
That makes 3 sexualities
"I like guys" is one.
"I like girls" is another.
Most like one or the other, some like both, some like neither.

Not shock.
Toomuch.
