We call them pillbugs or rollie-pollies here in the states but they call them woodlice everywhere else.

It's the same thing and it goes by more than one name. Crawdad is also acceptable, as well as others I'm not aware of, I'm sure.

In Norway they are called skrukketroll. "Wrinkly troll".

In the Netherlands we call them "pissebedden" which translates to " bed wetters".
