I have it but it takes practice. you really have to hear the voice a few times to get it. like I can construct part of the sentence sometimes but the rest I can't because I haven't heard their voice that much
I can do this, but I think it's mostly because I'm a singer and an auditory learner so I tend to memorise people's voices. Sometimes, there are voices I can't remember clearly but there is a distinct phrase they have said which I can imagine perfectly in their voice.

It's easier to do this with some help too.
Like reading text next to a photo of Morgan Freeman; it suddenly sounds like him in your head.
That, I've been able to do. It took me till I was nigh 30 to realize that when people say "picture it in your head" it isn't just a figure of speech, though.
I just thought of a random sentence for my biology teacher to say. "Anon I thought I told you not to skinny dip in the pool"
It was his voice perfectly, but of all the things to say
