Okay, let's say there is no knock-back. It's only traveling at escape velocity when it leaves my mouth. Therefore, without continued propulsion, wind resistance, gravity, and other factors that with ANY amount of physics would exist, will take hold and the projectile vomit would slow down. Granted, moving at that speed would take a bit and still do considerable damage without moving at full, but it would not technically be moving at escape velocity.
Even more, it's only what I ate. So I basically only have one shot before I have to reload by stuffing my face with chocolate pastries and pie.
