That's when the hallucinations start. I've recently had such a nasty one that I couldn't sleep for 3 days. I've never had one that bad before. I think it's the first time I've experienced true terror
It's a hell of a nightmare on your back you feel like someone is on top of you and things get pretty rough from there. Your heart starts racing, you feel your blood rushing through your body at incredible rate, and then the nightmares come. The worst one that I had: I was screaming for help and I heard someone speaking to me in a creepy voice right next to me, I felt trapped beneath it's weight and all around me I felt like I was sinking lower and lower and then towards the end I felt like something picked me up and shot me straight up into the sky straight up high. The creepiest part is that I felt that something touch me, petting my head and yanking on my foot. It is not a fun experience to have.
I happen to get this not often but at least 1-3 times a month. I never open my eyes though. I did it one time and I never did it again.
See it was just after staying up all night to make sure I got up in time to walk my daughter to school. It was 2 and half miles away. So there and back 5 miles. Super tired I finally get in and crash. At the time we lived with my husband's grandparents to help care for his grandpa who had cancer. Their piece of shit son lived there was a jerk he always creeped me out. So there I am laying flat on my back and it sets in. In my sleep I hear the door handle jiggly so I open my eyes and see his ass standing in our room. I didn't think he knew I could see him so I kept still. But it wasn't him it was this stuff fucking with m. I thought it was me not wanting to move at first but after he tried to get closer I tried to move to tell him to get out but I couldn't move or talk. As he got closer I could see he had no face just a black shadow covering it.

I tried to scream for help but I couldn't even open my mouth. I started to cry and I know the tears were coming out but still I couldn't even whimper. As he came to the edge of the bed I could smell this most awful smell like sewer water and smelly feet. He climbed on the bed and was face to shadow face. I could feel him pressings what I assume was his knee on my chest I thought I was going to die but just as I felt like I would pass out I realized I was lieing about this and none of it happen lmao
Well truth is I did see him standing by my door but I woke up and he was gone.
Sorry don't down vote I just wanted to pull some legs. lol
lol sorry I was in a playful mood but truth is after I saw him stand at my door and it turned out it wasn't him but my mind playing tricks on me I never opened my eyes again while under that. It was to scary. I really do have it 1-3 times a month. It I due to lack of sleep.
But everything up till after crying part is all real. After that lol not he never got to the bed.
Ive only gotten it once very recently
And it's not as bad as people made it
Of course it's not comfortable at all and I also experienced some spooky and creepy thing while my body froze
But it's not THAT horrible
I've had sleep paralysis attacks wear I'll wake up 3 separate times and still fall right back into the same hallucination , with it picking up where it left off Everytime.
I gotta know what it's like firsthand.
Have you been?
It would be a stellar look at my psychology. And I must know. That's the appeal I see.
