Not really. Almost nobody was doing it before the media went crazy saying "THIS IS A CRISIS AND MILLIONS OF KIDS ARE DOING THIS@!@#!@#!" when there were only a few (And I mean I could count on my fingers and maybe my toes if you push it) people doing it. And even after that, only a few dozen more mini-celebrities did it, and you can't use a celebrity as your typical teenager. You really shouldn't believe in the...
Is it even right to call them news sources? Honestly, most news today would be recognized as tabloids magazines a few decades ago. Regardless, you shouldn't trust the media to properly describe anything much less something like what these hip youngers are doing nowadays.
It’s like listening to a 3yo tell a 5 yo they are more mature because they have glue to eat instead of scented crayons, or they only wet the bed sometimes but they don’t wet their pants anymore. Cinnamon is only edible in small quantities. When taken as a spoonful, it is actually quite lethal if you have any breathing problems or just simply inhaling too much.
You misconstrued me making it sound like eating Pods is okay. It's not.
Cinnamon has it's own problems. Both things suck ass to eat in such quantities. And you shouldn't be doing either.

I'm ALSO Gen Z. I'm not a grouchy Baby Boomer or a Millennial trying to impose.
