if you shoot the cat you better hope you have a good grip on it cause not only is that bitch getting the full force of a bullet into the damn thing its also got a natural lubricant called fresh blood that it tactically sprays when MURDERED
people live through head shots all the time, and our brains are MUCH bigger targets. That'd be a gamble.
Anyway, if I only had to beat 1.3 seconds, I'd just blindfold the cat.
due to my 80 comment limit, update: @bethorien Agreed, but once it's on it'll calm them down enough to break 1.3 seconds... which is the only goal. I know the freak out is still going to happen.... just need the pause for 1.3 seconds. @bethorien It would though. Not by much, maybe a tenth of a second, but it's brain is still going to try to put the two together and it won't be as quick. Again, we're talking fractions of seconds. Have you ever experienced sensory deprivation?
the blindfold wont calm it enough that an earshatteringly loud noise wont still make it react exactly the same as without said blindfold. Itll still immediately and violently try to escape
a suppressor is still going to be loud enough to scare the cat enough to make it jump unless you are firing subsonic rounds which would be cheating anyways as that would getting a different gun
