I'd definitely have to have an Doberman one day.
They're such loyal dog with slender, slim body and those points ears are my fav!
They look like they can actually rip someone's neck open if I command them to.
@rosalinas Their ears are not naturally pointy, they are cut, just like their tail to make them look more ferocious. They are born with floppy ears and a long tail. Google it. They are most mistreated breed, and you seem like another bully who would be a bad dog owner.
just a note from someone who knows a lil bit about these dogs: they're not for first time dog owners as they are a very demanding breed and require a lot of dog-handling knowledge to raise them properly. they are much more than a scary-looking fashion accessory you can tell to rip people's throaths out.
just the thought that one would want to have a dog simply because of its violent potential is freaking scary and unhealthy.
if you want to enjoy dog breeds just for their beauty/dangerous looks i reccomend googling pictures and/or going to dog shows and other events where you can get a closer look, talk to the owners, etc.
I seem like lots of things, guest (and most of those things are not very humane)
I like Doberman and I will get one at some point? Why? Bc I can.
There is no dog show here and I dislike the idea. If I want to see what a dog is capable of, I rather put it in a hunting trip see how it track and take down the target.
My dog at hedoesn't have much by he likes to catch rats and it's pretty fun to watch.
okay look there's only as much as i can do to try and instill some sense into you, not being your mother and all but seriously: before you get any sort of a new dog, do some research and make sure you raise it right. take it to some dog school and generally make sure you don't bring up an anxiety-ridden, disobedient animal. it will be dangerous both to you and innocent people around you.
dogs are NOT toys for you to push to limits and see what they're capable off. you seem like someone who would like to see your dog mauling something while blood and bones fly around and, well, that tends to get dangerous at some point. ever considered taking up a job at the butcher's? you could put your passions to some good use there, perhaps?

@lindsmolinari do you feel a compulsive need to lecture others on the internet? You’re entitled to your opinion, but stop telling people what to do.

Fam there are things you are supposed to lecture people about.
All the animals that have lived with me lived/live their best lives.
They have actually been good for something and not just there for the companionship as I don't believe in such thing.
I prefer the animals I choose bc they are usually slender, strong, fast, durable.
It'd be such a waste to just leave those wonderful creatures picking balls and sticks.

I was going to say something dirty, but I think she’s in fight mode rn, and I’d end up getting my throat opened

Having had or been around most of these dogs, they all fit their classes.

Mostly dachshunds, live next door to someone who owns 2 Great Danes and a Cocker Spaniel. A couple with 2 German Shepherds live across the street. I had a bulldog once, met someone with a poodle and a greyhound too.
I was really digging this. And then the fact that they four legs plus two arms started to really get to me. I don’t know why. On some it looked ok. On others, troubling.

If I want someone's throat open, I'd do it my self
