100 kg to 70 kg cannot possibly be 9 sizes. More like 3.

It's a 70 lb difference. There is a chance 9 sizes is correct, because not all of her proportions would possible fit in certain sizes. She may have had to go a size or two up on some things because of hips or bust. You dunno.
