Yes I'm thrilled! We're working for a part of the French administration (aka an organisation slower than a sleeping snail) so we'll give them al of our research and we'll see the hologram in 2021 or 2022 but I'm looking forward to it!
Congrats pumpkin! This is a huge accomplishment! It must be surreal to think about. I ant wait until you can not only see the results, but hopefully get a chance to see the effect your work has on people watching! You and your team should be proud, and I hope that this is one success in a long line that stretches into the far future for you all.
Ah yes surreal is exactly the word!! There's a part of the team that hasn't worked at all and is now creating some little problems (just tiny clouds in the sky reallly, I'm trying not to let their mistakes and attitude ruin my day) but yes all those who have actually worked hard on it are really proud! Thank you for your words, all of these things would be sweet, but we probably won't have the chance to build a project like this for at least 5-10 years, until the technology has become more widely spread. Anyways we're gonna remember it!
And for my next internship I'm going to work with a curator on the exhibition in which the hologram will be, so I'm going to really follow that project and I'll have the chance to slowly see all the pieces come together! If I could even give the guided tours for visitors once it opens, it'd be perfect.
Seeing it will be awesome- and hey, you never know. People, companies, museums- always looking for cutting edge tech and it isn’t a lot of people who have experience with things that aren’t so wide spread and can say they were part of a successful campaign- so you may get a chance again sooner. But- if it’s 5 years so it is. In the meantime enjoy this, and I’m sure you’ll find something else amazing to keep you occupied for the next 5 years until then.

All the best my dude!
Thank you, it means a lot.
