I make it a point to do the work equivalent of 6 people. Tomorrow I plan to smile through annual work evaluation knowing I'm applying to 2 jobs elsewhere at significant pay bump and boss has spent his budget on expanding current staff with inexperienced kids and the other engineer is also applying elsewhere. My hope is his boss will tell him "make due with the staff you have" and it leads to total collapse of the section.
