You're supposed to take classes on Complex Numbers before Calc? They kinda just ended up being a footnote of my Algebra 2 class at the end of the year.

It gets better! After integral calculus and Newtonian physics, things will start to get less terrible. Just don't do what I did and get sucked in to working at the math help desk later. I got to relive those cr*ppy classes over and over :s

Data collection and analysis is an important part of my job. Also, what about engineers, astronauts, chemists, physicists, etc.

They always forget linear and differencial eq. I'm pretty sure most engineering majors have to use calculus.
