If I understand correctly, people are even MORE excited to rub silicon tentacles with other humans, except some people who want to burn the first ones for it, right?
And clean your silicone tentacles with warm water and a mild antibacterial soap- fragrance free is strongly recommended, free of dyes ETC. is also recommended if you are worried about staining or sensitivity. DO NOT use cleaners containing silicon to clean silicone toys. You can occasionally use “sex toy cleaners” but be sure of the ingredients and remember that those cleaners tend to be for occasional situational use and not a replacement for proper cleaning. Either way- make sure your toy is THOROUGHLY dry, and pat it down etc. before storing it. Any moisture can cause bacteria, mold, or fungal growth thAt you don’t want inside you. Do try to store your toy in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, and preferably in a sealed container- not just a box or nightstand where it can collect dust etc.
And be aware your toy might not be “silicone“! Real skin,” TPE, etc. are all common materials for toys. These require slightly different care, and dusting them with a powder like talc or cornstarch when they get “tacky” or to prevent tackiness- can be helpful. You also may want to consider buying an irrigator for toys with orifices of this nature- and make sure to dry them inside and out completely!!! If this is a problem consider single use type toys of this nature- or something like a fifi where you can dispose of the inner lining and wash the other portion with your weekly wash.
