Yes, but I also thought I'd encounter quicksand way more often than I do currently.

I did. Then I realized that I lived on one of the triangles points. And it was weird, but not supernatural.

It's all fun and games until you learn there is no statistical difference for sunk/disappeared ships or planes in the triangle verses out of it when you take into account the amount of travel that passes through it. I still love the stories people come up about it and all the movies and shows that use it as a trope.
