Friendly reminder to give your knife a name

Haven't used a knife long enough to warrant naming one, only one I've blooded belonged to my father.
Some of my guns earned names, though. Israeli made DEagle is named Anne, in honor of a young girl. Deer rifle is named Shortwalk. AR-15 is Sam.
I feel it ain't proper to name weapons that ain't drawn blood, but maybe that's a cultural thing.

Yeah, that sounds pretty bad. At least here in southern Sweden we just get the nameless things that scramble in your peripheral and when you look it's just a tree stump and some bushes. So you start walking again and see it moving in the corner of your eye and when you look back at the tree stump the bushes are gone and you know it's time to start running for the nearest cairn where the nice ones are.
