It doesn't play a role who does it, it won't be helping the world, or humanity. It's ridicoulus, as there is no military threat in space. Until "Space Force" shows up. And it's violating several international treaties. And if the US starts with it, the Russian and Chinese will most probably be the ones to end it.

We aren't deploying ODST on anybody, it's remote reconnaissance, satellite maintenance, and you should know that it doesn't count as breaking treaty if the other side already failed to uphold their end, or if we never actually agreed.
