No one. Also I'm fairly certain the actual numbers in Africa are way higher but that they're not testing widely.

I don’t know about central or Eastern Asia, but in Southern Asia (Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, etc.) the majority of the people wore masks around the start of the pandemic, but once the restrictions were eased, a lot people just stopped. Now, everyone will look at you weird for wearing a mask
