You'd stay hard - pulling the skin out to your erect shape and size would keep and the tissue inside it stretched out too. But it would a fake, mechanical hardness, and as soon as the pressure of the glue was gone, you'd soften back up. Unless you're into this kind of thing, you saucy perv
