Italian pizza made with fresh dough Hand tossed and made with pure Mozzarella. While American pizza is processed premade dough Heavily coated and processed cheese and processed pepperoni. Then sent on a conveyor belt through an oven. Trust me the Italian pizza taste way better.
American pizza is so boring, very few toppings, want extra, gotta pay for it, when i lived there i asked for one with the lot, they had no idea what i was talking about. When I explained it, they said I'd have to pay for each additional topping.
Go to Blaze pizza or Piology we have both near us. It’s chain restaurant that works kind of like subway. You pay for the dough and than you can top it with anything you want and it still only cost the price of the dough. So you want one with extra of EVERYTHING they will make it. They will advise you that it might fall apart or not cook right if it is over stuffed.
You can have every kind of cheese (I always get EXTRA EXTRA ricotta) all the kinds of meat you want even vegan beyond meat and all the toppings you can imagine lol my hubby swears one day he ask them to add a cookie lol
