It's a bit weird, as it's dark grey; tastes a little bit like seafood, but more sweet than salty. It's very hard to describe, reading my own description isn't selling me on it but I know it's good.
Kinda like the way crab meat is sweet without actually being sweet? Re: dulce de leche: the thick kind made with goat milk? (Also, autocorrect just tried to say dulce de lecher. Ew.)
About the thickness of peanut butter but smoother, doesn’t pour or flow or stretch the way caramel does, spreads a little like Nutella but heavier, and tastes like somebody managed to double “double cream” and then caramelized it?
Or something wacky like Pistachio or Matcha
