I’ve been drinking seltzer water like a loon for the last few months.

My son loves sparkling water, he calls it soda water. I'm not a fan

You actually can buy something called soda water. But it's not the same as sparkling water.

Tonic water? Or is that something else entirely? I support all fizz-based drinks.

No it's not tonic water, that's something different. In the shop, the product I'm talking about is just called Soda Water.

Actually I just looked it up, and it said that club soda, sparkling water and tonic water are all types of soda water.

On a related fizzy drink note, has anyone here had Kombucha? I had my first sip not too long ago and now I’m borrowing money from my grandmother’s purse to keep that amazing taste in my mouth.

I like kombucha but wish the ginger taste was a little more muted. Every flavour I find is something with ginger but it's overpowering.

It's kind of like ginger ale. It helps sooth the hangover without forcing your body into processing sugar from something like a sprite or fanta.
