Non circumcised schlongs don’t get infected any easier than circumcised ones. They just take more effort to clean which means that some people might not clean theirs and then it would get infected. So the total risk for GP is theoretically higher, not how easy it is to get infected. Further more- the potential health benefits of circumcision are just that. Potential. There isn’t conclusive evidence there is any benefit, only evidence to suggest there is with a general ruling that the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks but not by so much as to make universal circumcision recommended.
There’s nothing to argue about. Either parent of a child who has legal rights may make unilateral decisions about the child. If the mother had a hard birth for example and is not conscious or cognizant a father can make the choice to circumcise or not. If the mother were likewise incapacitated the father and/or legal partner of the mother (unless power of attorney exists elsewhere) is empowered to make decisions such as wether a delivery should be attempted in a high risk pregnancy. So both father AND mother have the legal rights over the child. The mother usually happens to be the one who is there first though- what with the baby being inside her and all. And the mother also has rights to her own body she doesn’t surrender because she is pregnant. So a decision which effects ONLY the child may be made by either mother or father unilaterally. A decision which effects the mother of she is sound and present can only be made by her. Thusly- a decision effecting mother AND child she can do
