yea, and that's like saying that every property owner would become like $4000 richer if they just sold all the carbon, oxygen nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, etc in their property, what makes it valuable is it being separated out and ready to buy in it's processed form.

What would really happen: whoever gains ownership of it, whether it be a person, company or government, will distribute it out relatively incrementally, selling it to companies that need it.
Sure, the value would immediately decrease since we now have access to more, but it’s driven up again by reducing the amount that goes into the market.
