Being able to deal with stress is also a factor. Being content starts with you, not the world around you, though that can obviously be a significant factor.
True indeed. You can have a relatively stress-free life but still bad sleeping or other habits. Keeping yourself healthy is a part of that, for example. But in my experience you can't ever truly tune out the external factors, unfortunately.
Lol sleeping like a log doesn't make you a competent person. Some of the biggest fuckups I've ever met can sleep anytime, anywhere. Frankly that fact is often part of the reason they're a fuckup

Fair enough, we all have different issues, personal and otherwise.

Yes, but *I* sleep well (at least partially) because I manage the stress that my life gives me fairly well.
Usually no, I sleep 6 hours a night because I have so much stuff to do for school and work, but recently this goth YouTuber I watch It's Black Friday made a new channel where she reads classical stories (usually by the Grimm brothers or Hans Christian Andersen) and her voice is so soothing it makes me fall asleep so quickly. The channel is called Dark Slumber btw in case you're into that sort of thing. I tried ASMR as well but even though it sounds super nice and I often get tingles, it doesn't make me fall asleep.

Doesn't mean I was implying the opposite, though.
