Bearing in mind there are supposed other physiological differences, but the gist is:

-Dragons = 4 legs and a pair of wings (6 limbs total)

-Drakes* = 4 Legs and no wings (4 limbs total)

-Wyverns = 2 legs and a pair of wings (4 limbs total)

-Lindwyrms = 2 legs and no wings (2 limbs total)

-Ampithere = 2 wings and no legs (2 limbs total)
.
-Wyrms = No legs and no wings (no limbs total)

.
*Drake is also sometimes used just to refer to a male wyvern/dragon, so that one is a bit up in the air

Dragons are six-limbed: four legs plus wings. (Note: applies primarily to European lore)

^ also important to note. Dragons from other cultures - Asian in particular - often look very different
