Yeah, but our bodies require physical work to be healthy. Most of us could use it.

I'm not complaining, it's a lifestyle I like. I'm pointing out that they are saying people aren't meant to "work day and night," but having a "simple" lifestyle and living off the land does require a lot of work.

It doesn't feel like as much work when you can keep and use what you make as you wish.
