Luckily I'm not American

Aw I'm either offending some very easy to offend people or I have a stalker :)

And just to clarify: luckily I'm not American, so I don't have to route for the team they apparently are
Lol. I only know that because the lady of the house has had some interaction with sportsing, and comes from Connecticut. My knowledge of Football is more or less limited to the fact that Joe Montana is was and will always be the greatest quarterback of all time.
Yeah they wear pads but most or your hits are wrap up tackles vs a lot of football hits are people projecting their body in hopes of hitting someone so hard they lose control of the ball and most of your offsides rules take out blindside hits which are the most devastating.
"The All Blacks would beat both of them combined." Maybe if the game was rugby, yeah, but not a chance if it's football. Honestly, the two sports don't have that much in common. Rugby's got more similarities to soccer and hockey than football.
(Edit: I agree that rugby is a tougher sport than football, though. Although having a rugby team play a football team because both sports have tackling and an oblong ball would be like a pole vaulter competing against a hurdler because they both involve jumping over stuff on a track.)
I think it’s kinda moot. For one thing- as others have pointed out- the kinetics and rules involved in each are very different. Most people would not be able to do either on even a semi pro level, and at the pro level the individuals are all giving their all at whatever their task is- so “hard” as a measure of effort- all the players are running near their maximum ability or even at the theoretical limits. A marathon runner will find a 5k pretty easy but can’t likely squat 350lbs on the bar. A power lifter can squat 1,000lbs but have trouble running 5k. Which is harder- a marathon or a heavy lift session? But beyond that... they’re both games. We may as well argue over wether duck duck goose is harder than musical chairs. Kids play both Rugby and Football. So... neither one is that “hard” objectively if children can play them if we want to speak in objective absolutes.
I don’t know why that got a DV. I’m sorry your team was robbed trashman. I hope they can make it next year.

I know the feels, KC shoulda won against patriots so it woulda been rams v. KC. It would've been a game I'd of watched but now I don't give a shit. My brother in law lost a grand on the KC v. Patriots match lol.
You may have wanted them to win, but both teams played hard, and the one that won won.

Aside from which, apparently some of the KC fans were feeling a bit too strongly about who should win... https://foxsports1280.iheart.com/content/2019-01-22-nfl-investigating-after-fan-appeared-to-shine-laser-pointer-at-tom-brady/

Tbh I do follow the PATs, but I don't understand why people get so vicious and irrational about it. KC played a good game, they have a damn fine quarterback, both teams had missed penalty calls against them... but everyone just wants to scream at each other instead of appreciate being able to see that much raw talent on the same field at one time
'
^ for the record this is also how I felt after games the pat's lost, too

Ignore the music, make your own calls on who has it rougher

Apparently my uninterest in sports is so great, it made a tiny blank spot on the map.
