Cherry ripes are a disgrace to chocolate bars. Turkish delights aren’t my favourite but I understand why people like them.
Cherry ripes have fukin coconut in them WHY
It’s cherry and coconut coated in chocolate which makes for a soft and chewy texture that is NOT enjoyable.
Also their cherry flavouring tastes like garbage
Red skins: a sweet red taffy-kinda thing that can and will clamp your mouth shut for hours.
Bubble o bill: an ice cream in the shape of a cowboy’s head. Has a ball of bubblegum as the nose (like those ones you get out of the bubblegum machine)
Minties: a soft mint chew that is larger than a piece of starburst. Very enjoyable.
Tim tams: chocolate covered biscuits with chocolate icing/filling sandwiched between
Tiny teddies: small biscuits shaped like bears with various expressions. Good lunchbox food
Milo: a malt drink sent by the gods. Anyone who drinks it with water is a sinner and a heathen. (Those reactions where they say “oh, it says you can drink it with water” they’re setting people up for bad expectations)
Fairy bread: bread and butter with a sprinkling of sweet sprinkles
Caramello Koala: chocolate koala with soft caramel filling
Crunches: honeycomb covered in chocolate. Good stuff.
Cherry ripes: described above as Satan’s snack. Coconut and fake cherry flavouring makes a horrible chewy and soft texture coated with chocolate
Wizzfizz: sherbet. Often comes with a lollipop to stick it to for easy consumption, or a spoon shaped like an actual beach shovel/trowel
No, they are not. Although some are just as addictive.
`
- also, yes, only heathens drink Milo with all water - you can be excused if you are running out of milk/on a budget and do half-half, but not just water.
- Caramello bears/koalas are seriously one of my favourite treats, best if you put them in the fridge for a few minutes so the chocolate is extra crunchy and then the caramello (it's also not a fudgy super sweet caramel, it's more like caramel treat) seeps out in your mouth hnnnggggg
- tim tams are also great if you suck milk through them and it makes it all chocolatey
- tiny teddies are the best lunchbox snacks 10/10.
`
Also, just saying, we have all the abovementioned in South Africa, @savage_demmigod can confirm/maybe even contribute more.
Those are all soooooo good.
-I haven't had Caramello bears in aaaaages but I can tell you now that they're so damn addictive.
-I always really enjoyed Speckled Eggs. They're little chocolate eggs about the size of a thumbnail with a squishy jelly centre and a thin candy coating. They're evil... but so so so good
-Milo must definitely be drunk with milk [liquid or powdered is fine] but it's not milo without that milky chocolaty goodness
Yeessss speckled eggs are the absolute best. Also, white rabbit sweets, and those 50c ones with the hearts and stuff on them (blue, green, pink) and then of course Chappies!
You're gonna stand there and tell me you don't have no whistlin' bungholes, no spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker don'ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistlin' kitty chaser?
