1 second super strength isn't useless. You can punch through a solid wall, or kick a car a couple blocks in one second.

There was a guy in the show Haven that had bullet attraction. Wasn't as useless as you think. He just stayed in the general area with a vest on.

Bullet attraction, 75% Levitation, 1 second of super strength are all very useful. It's all in how you use them.

An older man could get a lot of benefit out of 75% levitation.

Invisibility in the dark isn’t so bad. If you could avoid detection by night vision tech, it would be great.
Controlling the remote control means controlling it when it’s out of reach.
You could ask fruit if it has a worm in it or when it is most ripe.
75% levitation could be useful in sports, or anytime you want to be light weight.
Summoning a lamp once, in a difficult postition, could be useful. Instant hair loss, super fast aging and abnormal arm hair growth are good for disguises. Bullet attraction and absorbing bad luck could be helpful if you mean to sacrifice yourself. Desaturation is good for blending in to hide in certain circumstances. Reviving bugs means unlimited food supply if you eat bugs. And one second super strength is good for yeeting shit.
