Being white APPARENTLY means:
-you're oppressive
-you're arrogant
-you're certain (of what? Who knows)
-you're defensive
-you're ignorant
-you're NOT humble (but they repeat themselves)
-you're possibly deaf
-you question things too much. Shut up and swallow, bitches
-you're apathetic
-you apparently have automatic solidarity with other people that share the same skin color as you based exclusively on them having that skin color.
Didn’t everyone here bitch about what’s-their-name posting obvious bait in the chat regarding the topic of racism? If your race is your entire identity something isn’t right. Omg white people are being oppressed! Lol wtf.
"Understanding what it means to be Jewish.
Challenging what it means to be racist."

"In the US and other western nations, native Americans are socialized to believe they are inherently superior because they are native American."
`
"Research shows that by age 3 to 4, children understand that it is better to be hispanic." (It was nice of them to cite to exactly none of that research as well)
`
"To be less black is to be less ignorant."
"To be less black is to be less arrogant."
"To be less black is to break with black solidarity."
`
This entire program not only targets people based on their skin color, it tells others to do the same. It tells people that those of a specific skin color are less worthy - and better still, that they are automatically *bad* for being that skin color. That they need to endeavour to eliminate their racial identity because some person has decided their race is bad
If they put this same slideshow out about ANY. OTHER. RACE. The company would be facing insurmountable backlash. They would likely be being sued. And, yes, it likely would be broadcast as a hate crime
Nothing about this is illegal. Yes, they would probably get a civil suit lobbied against them but without a crime there’s no way for it to be a hate crime.
"Under federal law it is illegal to harass a person in any aspect of employment because of that person's race or color. Harassment can include racial slurs, offensive or derogatory remarks about a person's race or color, or the display of racially-offensive symbols."

The law probably varies from place to place, as do the punishments, and you're also arguing a very strange distinction for zero reason that I can see. But I'm not entirely certain why you think that simply because the corrective measure is a lawsuit, that doesn't mean:
1) a crime hasn't been committed
2) it doesn't qualify as a crime of hate
`
Maybe you can elaborate?
It doesn’t qualify as a crime because it’s not a criminal act. Assault, murder, etc are criminal acts. Jaywalking, littering, and discrimination are civil matters. You can’t go to jail for EEOC violations. You could call it a hate infraction maybe but it isn’t a crime.
So when did we pass the point of no return lads? I guessing back in '16 when the orange clown won. Bit I'm also willing to bet money Dec/21/2012 might be the culprit.
Oh my God this is rich! You're seriously trying to blame Trump for critical race theory? Or for the idea that only whites can be bad? Were you actually born yesterday?

You're... you're telling your employees that they're ignorant and need to not be?
