In the Netherlands we just had a week of 33-35 C, which is 90-95 F. Hottest heat wave in Dutch history.

Before it got warmer in the winters here we would have a yearly range from over 100f to below 0f. Going from heat waves to ice storms just from august to December. Now we are surprised if it snows at all during a year.

Here in the Middle East it's between 43°C (109 F) and 47°C (116 F). We're used to the heat but this year it's something else. Even the ACs don't help much.

23 isn't hot for us in the UK, but 33 is.

I am in California and we had two days in a row with around 45 to 47 degrees celsius [113 to 116 degrees] at 5 to 6 pm. It is dry heat though [low humidity]. Like in your oven.

I go jogging at 4 AM in Alabama. Temperature? 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit, 92-94% humidity. It's dark out the whole time and STILL about that hot.
